Pilates is a movement system which was created by Joseph Pilates. The aim of the Pilates is to create harmony between body and mind. It is often referred as remedial gymnastic, and it is frequently used to prevent or rehabilitate injuries.

Pilates is a really precise work-out method it is much more than fitness. The correct execution of the movements is really important to fully enjoy the benefits of the exercise. The exercise helps to tone your entire body, strengthen abdominal muscles and therefore reduce lower back pain. Pilates is a great method to relive stiffness from your back or shoulders. It can also heal spine problems like scoliosis,kyphosis or lordosis.

Pilates is the most secure exercise routine if you want to get back your strength and figure after pregnancy, sport injury, or if you would like to restart exercising after an absence of practising any sport for a long time.

Pilates allows different building modification in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced level.

At my courses, you will learn the classical exercise routine with different props modifications and building blocks.
